Hello from my new home in Itapua, Paraguay. The past three months of training have been interesting, and busy, and weird, and exciting. I have been learning Spanish and Guarani, getting accustomed to Paraguayan culture and food, living with an incredible host family, making new friends, and sweating… a lot. I have much to catch you up on, but I wanted to drop a note to let everyone know that the blog is on its way! Poke around on the About Me, About Paraguay, and About Peace Corps pages, and scroll to the bottom of this page and smash the subscribe button to get an update when I make my first full post.
I’m excited for you to join me on this journey. Ahata aju!
Finally!!!!! Can’t wait to follow your adventure

Thanks for the Blog Anthony. We have been waiting months to follow you, as we did while you were in Europe. I will try to refrain from responding with anything stupid, embarrassing or sarcastic (it’s just my nature).
I like the meaning of the blog title, even though I have no idea on how to pronounce it.
Its hard not to get emotional when reading most paragraphs or looking at the pictures, as we wish you were here back “home” with your “real parents” or that we could be there to support and witness your endeavors.
I will anxiously wake each day to learn about all your activity and happenings, as “I am going now, but will return”.
Loving and Missing You
